How long does a measured survey take?

On site

A typical house takes a few hours on site with laser scanning. Larger buildings may take a full day or more, and we confirm the time needed when we quote.

Drawings

Drawings are usually delivered within an agreed number of working days of the site visit. Larger commercial buildings and Revit models are scheduled individually.

Avoiding delays

• Arrange access to every room, the loft and any outbuildings
• Tell us about parking, permits or building management rules in advance
• Agree the level of detail before the visit, so nothing needs redrawing
